Myth 1 # Premature ejaculation must be related to some underlying disease

Premature ejaculation is not an illness, nor is it a disease nor does it indicate the presence of any underlying disease, but it definitely exists in the form of clinical diagnosis. Mostly it is psychological issues which cause premature ejaculation and not physical ones.

Myth 2 # I can last longer if I stop fantasizing about sexy stuff

Although many people will advice this technique of distraction and diverting yourself, in reality it has worked only for some people and for others it doesn’t work. In short, you cannot treat this method as a solution.  Rather it will decrease your sensation of feeling the sexual pleasure.  If you want to control your premature ejaculation, you have to concentrate on your body and learn to control your urge, instead of just diverting yourself. With a little bit of practice, you will be able to do it and enjoy full physical satisfaction.
